Planning a photography day at your yard, dog club or training venue? If several clients book their own photography sessions at the same location on the same day, there is only one travel charge for the journey. Where applicable, that charge can be shared equally between the confirmed bookings.

Example: if four clients book individual sessions at a yard 25 miles from Corby Hill, the £25 travel charge is shared equally — just £6.25 each.
Your own session
Each person books their own Standard or Extended Session as normal, with their own private gallery, included digital photographs and print.
Confirmed bookings
Your travel share is based on confirmed participants. A booking is confirmed once the £50 booking deposit has been paid.
Same place, same day
Shared travel applies where the sessions take place at the same yard, venue or agreed immediate location on the same day.
Travel shares are fixed
Travel shares are finalised 48 hours before the first session. Once finalised, your agreed share will not increase if another participant later cancels.

What to expect
Most sessions are completed in approximately 2–4 weeks, provided image and print selections are made promptly.
